St. Louis — things are about to get loud when Badflower pull up to The Pageant on Monday February 24th for a night that’s equal parts grit, therapy, and pure rock catharsis. The Los Angeles alt-rockers are in the middle of their No Place Like Home Tour, taking their intensity across the country and showing exactly why they’ve become one of the most important men doing it big in the rock scene right now.

The band formed in 2013 when Josh Katz, Joey Morrow, Alex Espiritu, and Anthony Sonettiwere were living together in Los Angeles Hollywood, piecing together demos between part-time jobs and late-night rehearsals. What began as a DIY project actually ended up becomiung a huge moment for the boys as they continued making music — and by 2018, the release of “Ghost” changed everything. The song, written by Katz in a period of insomnia and anxiety, struck a nerve with millions and landed Badflower on charts, playlists, and festival stages across the world. Their debut album OK, I’m Sick followed in 2019, earning praise from all the major music platforms like Billboard and Pitchfork - and the rest was history after that. Then came This Is How the World Endsin 2021 — darker, more expansive, and full of the unfiltered honesty that became their calling card. With their latest bops on the newest album, No Place Like Home (2025), Badflower have stepped into a new era. In interviews, Katz described the writing process as “therapy — uncomfortable but necessary,” showing everyone how this album had allowed him to work on the innter turmoil that he’d been avoiding for years. Tracks like “Detroit,” “Paws,” and “London” show just how the band could take it to the next level sonically and emotionally — softer in places, heavier in others, but always intentional. Fans from across the world called it their most complete work yet, and the live show reflects that evolution. And yeah - THAT'S why we need to see the show live.

So, St. Louis — mark your calendars, get everyone you know who loves rock and roll. And then - make sure you're here for the show this February. The Pageant. Badflower live. Make sure ya don't miss it. We'll see you soon.
